Before you return an item, you’ll need to send us a picture first so we can verify that it hasn’t been opened and is valid for return. You can do that by opening a new support ticket, select the order number you want to return and write a reason.

Once the return has been approved, follow these steps:

1) Log in to Diqqa’s website

2) Go to the Support page

3) Pack the item in its original packaging

Once the courier picks up your item and delivers it back to us, we’ll inspect it and refund the amount to your Diqqa’s account wallet. You can then transfer the money wherever you like.
